Home Office Projects
These projects show what happens when a space is designed properly — not just for work, but for the way a home needs to feel outside working hours.
You’ll see real transformations across Sydney homes: study nooks that blend into living areas, dedicated home offices built for comfort and focus, and multi-function rooms that shift smoothly from office mode to guest room or media space.
Scroll through the before and after sliders to see how thoughtful layout, storage and custom joinery can completely change how a home works.
Bedroom Converted to Office and Media Room
This room was originally a spare bedroom that wasn’t being used to its potential. It lacked purpose and didn’t support how the home was actually lived in day to day.
The brief was to redesign the room as a comfortable home office first — creating a space that supports focused work and feels intentional within the home. From there, we ensured it could also function as a media room when needed, without the space feeling cluttered or overly “office-like”.
By rethinking the layout and introducing custom joinery, storage and subtle screening, the room now transitions easily between work and downtime. The result is a home office that works properly during the day, with the added benefit of a media space that feels calm and cohesive after hours.

Office Converted to Office and Guest Bedroom
This room began as a home office, but over time it had become cluttered and one-dimensional. While it supported daily work, it lacked the layout and storage needed to function properly — and couldn’t comfortably accommodate guests when required.
The brief was to redesign the space as a considered home office first, creating a layout that supports focused work and feels intentional within the home. From there, we introduced a fold-down bed with integrated joinery and storage, allowing the room to extend naturally into a guest bedroom when needed — without compromising its primary purpose.
The result is a home office that works properly during the day, with the flexibility to transform into a welcoming guest space — organised, adaptable and easy to live with.

Study Nook Conversion
This space began as an unused corner, visually disconnected and offering little practical value beyond storage. It wasn’t supporting work in any meaningful way.
The brief was to introduce a considered home office solution within a compact footprint; creating a study nook that felt calm, intentional and integrated into the home, rather than like a workspace added as an afterthought.
Careful attention was given to proportion, materiality and built-in storage, ensuring the space functions properly while remaining visually balanced.
The result is a compact home office that fits naturally into the home — a place to work comfortably, with storage that feels more like furniture than joinery.
